ARRIVAL PASSENGERS The passengers are met at the end of the aerobridge or at the entrance to the terminal with a personalized name board Assisted through passport control and customs using Fast Track Lanes wherever available After immigration escorted to baggage claim hall, assited with the luggage (porter service can be pre-booked in advance) and finally escorted to our chauffeur driven car if booked in advance or to the arrival hall. All subject to the passengers arrangements made DEPARTURE PASSENGERS: If our VIP Departure Service is booked, we liaise with passenger’s driver or the lead passenger and coordinate the drop-off time and place prior to their arrival Meeting passengers curbside by the ground and baggage porter if pre-booked Passenger(s) are then Escorted through all the check-in and security formalities using Fast Track Lanes wherever available, and onto the Departure Lounge if arranged and/or to the boarding gate TRANSIT PASSENGERS Our ground staff reps meet the passengers at the end of the aerobridge or at the entrance to the terminal with a personalized name board and escorted to baggage claim if needed, porter service if pre-booked and then through immigration and security formalities using Fast Track Lanes wherever available, and onto the Departure Lounge if arranged and/or to the boarding gate
